The continued pursuit of excellence in guest service, creativity and the commitment to education are elements that have made WARMSPRINGS Salons & Spas one of the Top 200 salons and spas in the country. In 2003, WARMSPRINGS Salon & Spa opened as the areas first contemporary forward-thinking salon and spa in the Susquehanna Valley, introducing Pennsylvania women and men to high-quality service, AVEDA and Goldwell products, equipment and innovative European haircutting techniques. A few years later, in 2007, WARMSPRINGS Salon & Spa built its own state-of-the-art facility, offering an upscale connection to fashion, wellness and world-class service to our guests. The simple principle that relationships and the powerful connections we have with our Guests, is what defines our success.   • Why WARMSPRINGS?

    Often named Franklin County's original luxury salon and spa, WARMSPRINGS is an award-winning salon and known nationally for it’s innovative business practices and the high quality technical skill of its stylists and spa technicians.


    Only top stylists are recruited from the best beauty schools, institutes and academies across the tri-state area and then trained in our advanced academy for approximately a year where they hone their skills in hair cutting, hair color, styling and finishing as well as the subtle art of guest care.


    An experience at WARMSPRINGS is beyond the normal salon and spa visit….and we take great pride in caring for each one of our guests.

  • Why Do I Reserve My Appointments With A Credit Card?

    Credit Card numbers are kept securely in your client file to reserve all appointments.  Often appointments can be held for a client for weeks, sometimes even months in advance and should someone not show up for one of these appointments it creates great cost to the business and service provider.  Therefore we ask for a small window of advance time to re-offer the appointment(s) to someone else.


    When you arrive for your appointment you are able to pay with any payment method you’d prefer.

  • Why do prices vary?

     As a result of their achievements and client demand, our professionals work at three levels: artistic, senior, and master. While prices vary accordingly, every WARMSPRINGS specialist has a minimum of 5 years industry experience and is extremely talented. Whatever level you seek, you'll enjoy superior service with a touch to make your day.

  • How much should I tip?

    Tipping for services at a salon and spa is typically handled as you would be tipping for service in a restaurant. Generally 10-20% of the total service is appropriate, depending upon how you feel the quality of service was.

  • What if I am late for my appointment?

    If you are late for your scheduled appointment, we will try to accommodate you, but PLEASE understand that your appointment may need to be rescheduled or time adjusted.

  • My favorite service providers are always so busy. How can I be sure they are available ?

    Many of our most popular service providers are industry leaders and maintain a steady clientèle. To guarantee an appointment with your favorite provider, simply schedule it well in advance, even if that means scheduling it before leaving the salon. This guarantees availability with your service provider at a date and time that is most convenient to you.

  • Do you offer spa packages?

    Yes. We also invite you to build your own service package so you may choose those services that interest you most. Our staff can help you book several appointments together for a full or half day experience and also recommend services that work well together. If you have any additional questions please feel free to contact our guest services department. Live Well!

  • What is your cancellation policy?

    Cancellations or reservation changes made at least one business day in advance allows our team to accommodate our guests and will be greatly appreciated. All same day cancellations carry a 50% of services scheduled cancellation fee. All no call, no show guests must pre-pay via credit card for any future appointments. Same day cancellations of pre-paid appointments will not be refunded.
